Nina Bogdan is a mindfulness teacher, psychologist, speaker, and mother passionate about cultivating individual, collective, and planetary peace and well-being.
Through proven contemplative practices, mindfulness techniques, and cutting-edge research findings,( she inspires and empowers your mind and heart,) cultivating awareness, agency (resilience), and growth—whether as an individual, group, or organization.
Nina’s education includes a Master’s in Clinical and Somatic Psychology and teacher certifications in mindfulness and meditation. She is currently pursuing a PhD in East-West Psychology and Philosophy at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).
Having studied with renowned teachers like Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and Jon Kabat Zin, she draws her inspiration from the Theravada Tradition of Buddhism.
Nina’s work blends ancient wisdom and modern science with a primary mission to navigate these turbulent times with wisdom and love, reclaiming our humanity and contributing to the well-being of ourselves, others, and the planet.
